GOLF OUTING SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

BEER CART SPONSOR

• $755 per Beer Cart – 3 available….“First Come, First Served”!
• The Beer Carts will be MOBILE this year. Vendor may “decorate” their beer cart.
• Sponsor will be listed on signage at registration area
  

• $505 per Crazy Hole – 9 available….“First Come, First Served”!
• Vendor is assigned a golf hole location and has opportunity to show their creativity!! This year’s theme will be “AROUND THE WORLD”. Pick a Country! Activities, food and drink to be relative to that Country. First picked, first served! Submit your Country of choice to Jackie Krukenberg at 431-6790 or jkrukenberg@slsindiana.com
• All crazy hole locations will supply food and beverages. Any alcohol to be purchased at golf course.
• Sponsor will be listed on signage at registration area

• $425 per Energy Station - 4 available…“First Come, First Served”!
• Vendor is assigned a golf hole location will be an ENERGY stop for the players. Vendor to choose one item to serve: Water, icecream, popcorn/pretzels or Gatorade. First picked, first served! Submit your choice of “energy” to be served to Jackie Krukenberg at 431-6790 or jkrukenberg@slsindiana.com
• IIDA will provide a sign on the hole with your company name and logo. Part of these sponsorship dollars will go toward the raffle prizes. Sponsors will be listed on signage at the registration area

• $355 per Dinner Sponsor - 4 available…“First Come, First Served”! Co-sponsor w/ other vendors!
• Vendor will have name on signage displayed throughout dining area and on buffet table
• Vendor can supply logo napkins

“PORTA-PARTY” SPONSOR

• $300 per Crazy Hole – 2 available….“First Come, First Served”!
• Sponsor a “Porta-Party”….aka Porta-Potty. BIG request from last year No more forced visits to the Cornfield!
• Portable toilet unit comes with a mirror and hand sanitizer. Unit to be fully supplied, delivered and placed at the Golf Course for you. You can decorate it any way you like without damaging any part of it, of course!
• IIDA will provide a sign at the unit w/ your company name and logo. Co. name will be listed on signage at registration.

TEE BOX & GREEN SPONSOR

• $255 fee per Tee Box location - 4 available…“First Come, First Served”!
• IIDA will provide a sign on the Tee-Box with your company name and logo. Part of these sponsorship dollars will go toward the raffle prizes.
• Sponsors will be listed on signage at the registration area

INVITATION SPONSOR

• $150 per Invitation Sponsor - 4 available…“First Come, First Served”! Co-sponsor w/ other vendors!
• Vendor will have company name & logo on golf invitation which goes out to all IIDA members, A&D Firms, individual designers and vendors.
• Sponsor will be listed on signage at registration area

RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSOR

• Your donation will go towards great raffle prizes to be given during the dinner. There is a $100 minimum donation.
• To avoid duplications, all donated prizes are to be pre-approved by emailing the contact below.
• No prizes or donations will be accepted on Game Day.
